Our client is a highly experienced M&A advisory group that has been supporting companies and private equity funds worldwide since 2000. Our client's team of seasoned professionals has a proven track record of successfully guiding organizations through these complex challenges. With their expertise, they can help companies identify and team up with the most fitting strategic partners to achieve success in this dynamic market. They are now looking to add a senior Asssociate & VP to their team to support their ambitious growth plans.

Candidate Experience & Skills:

• AVP / VP : Relevant experience of about 6 to 9 years and should have closed about 4 to 6 deals
• Senior Associate : Relevant experience of about 5 to 7 years and should have closed about 2 to 3 deals
• Experience in TMT and / or IT/ ITeS highly preferred but not mandatory
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Strong accounting and financial skills
• Proficient in preparation of Information Memorandums, Pitches and Teasers
• Proficiency in financial modelling & valuation techniques
• Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates timely with minimal supervision
• Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (and key issues) involved in an M&A process
• Team player & ability to work in a globally dispersed team
• Flexibility to travel across APAC, Europe, and the US
• Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Conversant with databases like S&P CapIQ


• Responsible to execute transactions end to end including the preparation of Pitches, Information Memorandums and Financial Models
• Supporting/guiding a team of analysts and associates
• Doing target and acquirer screening
• Participate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As and negotiate offers
• Assistance in drafting and evaluating various legal documents like NDAs, etc.,
• Facilitation of buyer and seller interactions (organizing road shows, conference calls, etc.,)
• Drafting meeting preparatory notes, management questionnaire, etc.,
• Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process

• Take an active part in business development efforts of the team by participating in origination activity and making client pitches
• Carry out extensive industry / company research and target data required for identification and assessment of possible mandates
