Vice President, European Private Debt , Tier One Global Private Investments Group

We are now working with the private debt of a major North American investment group. They manage a $multi billion portfolio of assets and have a great reputation in US private debt.

They are now looking to hire a VP level professional into their deal transaction team

- VP level position working from the beginning of a transaction and are involved through its life

- Primary focus is on deal screening; analysis, research & due diligence (frequently in addition to the deal-specific materials provided); appropriate structuring

- Role will also entail potential workout/ restructuring of portfolio assets

- Bottom-up analysis of financials with understanding business models & value and bigger picture trends

They are interested in people who will have a background as follows:

• VP level / designate with the private debt/ lending teams of other private debt funds
• VP level leveraged finance professionals with investment banks and advisors
• Great technical credit analysis and structuring skills
• This role is focused more on the structuring of deals than heavy originations
