The Enterprise Support Projects & Change team is responsible for governance of the Risk Management Group-wide project portfolio and delivery of key risk projects. In this exciting Change Management opportunity, you will partner with our Risk Governance and Regulatory Affairs & Aggregate Risk divisions to deliver strategic change. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the implementation and embedment of a complex change while working with a broad range of business, risk and project management stakeholders across the organisation.

Role requirements

You will ensure the successful implementation and embedment of the strategic change. This may include (although is not limited to):
  • Designing and delivering the strategic change approach and activities to support effective change analysis, design, implementation and embedment;
  • Design and execution of the change management / communications strategy and plan;
  • Conducting change impact assessments for specific areas, considering people, process, system impacts, as well as develop appropriate strategies to address those impacts;
  • Designing and using measurement strategies to identify and manage change readiness;
  • Developing and executing appropriate adoption activities to maximise adoption after go-live
About you

As a key member of the program team, you will be an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable self-starter with experience across a range of senior change management roles within financial services. You will have led change within a risk program before, ideally at a financial institution, and can demonstrate a sound understanding of risk management concepts.

You will bring with you:
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and evolving requirements;
  • Outstanding listening, interpreting, and documenting skills to clearly convey information to a range of business, technical, and operational stakeholders at all levels;
  • Creativity in your approach to identify and solve problems using human-centred design techniques;
  • Qualifications in change management
  • Attention to detail and an ability to synthesise multiple sources of information;
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the aptitude to build effective relationships quickly and with the ability to work efficiently and autonomously
