- Partner with multiple business units and corporate functions in Hong Kong and Taiwan to provide technical advice and IT solutions to address business needs
- Work closely with different internal global/regional IT teams and service providers to ensure delivery of IT solutions
- Lead the decision making, planning, and execution of IT initiatives
- Accountable for end-to-end support. Interface directly with the business including understanding concerns, defining requirements, engaging the business for testing as needed and communicating incident status in business terms
- Manage and audit service provider performance and productivity relative to SLAs to ensure service levels are maintained and continually improved
- Prepare and monitor corresponding IT budgets. Work with purchasing and vendors on on-going software/hardware license maintenance
- Collaborate with different IT teams to ensure all applications supported by service providers are effectively operated
- Manage IT process compliance with corporate, divisional and local policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree's holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 8 - 10 years of IT experience, especially with the experience of business application implementation covering Hong Kong, Taiwan and China in a diversified business environment, preferably in health care industry/ FMCG or any sizable company
- Strong experience in project management
- Good understanding on digital landscape in Hong Kong, Taiwan and has demonstrated experience on digital related projects on website, Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat
- Good knowledge on inventory management system and third-party operation model
- Experience in MS SharePoint, MS Dynamic CRM and Salesforce.com
- Basic BPCS knowledge, SAP roll out and affiliate IT operation experience
- Knowledge of business environment and service requirements
- Experience on global collaboration for application project implementation
- Ability to work with service providers to ensure effective operations and agreed upon service levels
- Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in clear way
- Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Travel is required
