Responsibilities
  • Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and compliance advisory work
  • Assist senior staff in project execution work including due diligence, research on financial analysis, modeling and evaluation activities
  • Conduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions
  • Execute and assist in the coordination of the entire process of each transaction and interact with all professional parties including but not limited to lawyers and auditors


Requirements
  • University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline, with professional qualification such as CFA/CPA/Solicitor strongly preferred
  • At least 2 - 4 years' relevant experience gained from corporate finance house, investment bank or CPA firm
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work under time pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
  • Traveling is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
