Our Lazard Global Convertible team is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented portfolio analyst to help support the daily operations of the portfolios and the servicing and development of both new and existing client relationships. The portfolio analyst will assist with the daily administration of the Global Convertible funds including NAV review, cash and hedging review and portfolio file updates. In addition, the portfolio analyst will help with the preparation of marketing materials including client presentations, commentaries and RFPs for the team.

We'll trust you to :
  • Update portfolio files and review risks/exposures daily
  • Assist with daily NAV/return review process
  • Review cash balances and portfolio hedging
  • Help produce month-end portfolio data reports
  • M aintain client servicing materials, including client presentations, performance attribution and materials related to positioning.
  • D evelop and maintain new business presentations and materials
  • Write commentaries (monthly quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
  • Assist with RFPs and RFIs
  • Liaise with marketing, legal, compliance, and other internal functions
  • You'll need to have :
  • 1- 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Pursuit of a CFA designation, VBA experience, and/or knowledge of Bloomberg are a plus
  • Knowledge of global equity and fixed income markets is a plus
  • Knowledge of fixed income instruments/derivatives is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn and work well within a team

    We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $75,000 - 95,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
