Descrição

• Contribute to the overall sustainability strategy, roadmap, and implementation;
• Provide strategic insight, business case justifications and return on investment analysis;
• Promote the integration of sustainability within different business units;
• Contribute to internal and external reporting and communications;
• Be able to switch fast between different topics, understand complex ecosystems and navigate cross-functional collaboration landscape
• Run projects engaging with third-party organizations;
• Prepare reports and updates to management and Executive Committee;

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Management or Economics;
• Fluent in english;
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Good knowledge of sustainability trends in general;
• Good communicator, both in writing and in speech;
• Able to understand how to successfully lead cross-functional initiatives;
• Good bargaining skills;
• Analytical thinker capable of translating strategies and concepts into concrete practice
• Strong data analysis capability
• Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives and deliver against set deadline
