Global Multinational seeking for a talented strategist, a CEO is looking to hire a Strategy Manager to work alongside him

About the company
A multinational business headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a business that is looking to take on board a Strategist, somebody with the experience in strategy consulting, a candidate who is keen to learn from the C-levels and gain exposure into corporate. As a member of the Internal SWAT team, sitting close to CEO office, from time to time you will be assigned to different departments to work with different leaders, helping the team to solve high level business challenges.

Responsibilities
You will be:
  • Driving a number of group strategies and business development across the North Asia, manage key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities (organic and inorganic), due diligence, financial modelling and detail analysis
  • Working and scouting for potential acquisition opportunities across Asia, take the lead in mergers & acquisition, which includes FDD and CDD, research and analyse the potentials of such M&A, and PMI
  • Proactively engaging with leaders from other departments. You can develop relationships quickly with key partners across countries.
  • Manage a few projects and take the lead to execute planned strategies within the group.
Requirements
  • Degree (MBA good to have but not a must) from a recognised university or a top business school. Finance, Business, Marketing, and relevant discipline
  • Management consultants from McKinsey/BCG/Bain are highly encouraged to apply, industry focus is open, although a background of FIG would be preferred.
  • Strategic thinker, independent and analytical.
  • Candidates with experienced in Mergers & Acquisition will have advantage.
  • Excellent communication in English, while advantageous to know Chinese/Cantonese and other Asian language capability
