Your new role
Working as a Property Assessor Team Leader, you will be;
- Accurately assessing Home property damage accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of customer service
- Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring correct scope for repairs
- Cost control of NSW Home assessor portfolio
- Motivating and developing team members to achieve high quality results
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Experience in Home Assessment within insurance
- Valid drivers license
- A Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An attention to detail and strong computer skills
- Comfortable leading a team
