Your new role
Working as a Property Assessor Team Leader, you will be;
  • Accurately assessing Home property damage accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring that all SLA targets are being met and that you are providing a high level of customer service
  • Writing accurate assessment reports, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring correct scope for repairs
  • Cost control of NSW Home assessor portfolio
  • Motivating and developing team members to achieve high quality results
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;
  • Experience in Home Assessment within insurance
  • Valid drivers license
  • A Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An attention to detail and strong computer skills
  • Comfortable leading a team
