ONE Advisory Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of DL Holdings Group Limited. DL Holdings is a listed main board company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (1709.hk), which including investment banking services, securities trading, financial advisory, multi-strategy investment fund management, investment research, and financial loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage visa application, documentation and processing timeline
• Coordinate with clients to prepare visa application
• Verify collected documents comply with immigration requirements
• Follow up application progress with relevant authorities and keep the progress up-to-date
• Proven technical ability over a broad range of migration matters to manage and provide solutions or advice
• Review the internal working protocol and help to enhance the process as necessary
• Ensure all work done in compliance with our policies and protocols.

Requirements

• University Graduates with 3+ years working experiences (Preferably experiences in processing Hong Kong or other global migration programs)
• A team player, responsible, detail-oriented and excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to build client relationships and presentation skills and meet deadlines.
• Mature and able to work independently and manage time under tight schedules.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office application (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
