Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Premier Growth and Continuum Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • The role holder will work across multiple stakeholders to redesign system interactions involving Premier customer to create higher value to deliver against the target of growing the customer base by 1 million
  • Deliver accelerated, measurable uplift in customer growth, market share and revenues
  • Be responsible to establish a robust upgrades and downgrades framework across the customer continuum
  • Grow Premier customer portfolio by working in close collaboration with other customer segments, propositions and global businesses
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with key Group partners especially CLCM, Business Finance, Data & Analytics, Channels and Marketing to drive customer growth
  • Become the SME for the Premier Portfolio Optimization Strategy within the group
  • Champion a Growth mind-set across the organisation and support the targeted outcomes within the Customer Value Stream to drive the vision and strategy
  • Deliver the best possible experience to our customers throughout their lifecycle
  • Play a key part in setting the Sales & Service Model within Premier and other propositions
  • Engage the premier portfolio by prioritizing digital/mobile experiences driven by the deep 'Voice of Customer' insights and customer co-creation activities, research data, data informed experimentation, design, innovation, and strategic partnerships
  • Leverage digital messaging/CLCM capabilities to manage and engage the premier customer base
  • Foster and cultivate a digital/mobile first 'future proof' proposition mind-set
Requirements
  • The role holder should strong relevant experience within a customer focused, digital propositions environment, with track record on driving growth through portfolio optimisation and internal collaboration
  • Experience of identifying and successfully integrating propositional or product nuance and design, in Digital propositions
  • The ability to demonstrate you have applied customer segmentation techniques, applied emerging technologies and understood value-based marketing principles
  • Solid multi-proposition design and implementation experience across the lifecycle and continuum
  • Experience of analysing complex data to identify portfolio optimization strategies
  • Exposure and previous experience with multi-cultural and global programme management
  • Proven track record in working in multi-function projects, leading agile delivery and waterfall simultaneously
  • Proven experience of leading digital product development and/or proposition design is essential
  • Subject matter expertise in digitally led customer portfolio management, business model and service design with expert knowledge of how to design and implement customer centric solutions
  • Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to transform creative ideas into practical reality
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales and service processes, channel dynamics and back-office practices
  • A deep grasp of global practices and standards in client management are essential
