- A deep understanding of business banking portfolio risk, lending policy and pricing methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in successfully growing and scaling a business
- Extensive sales leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a nationally distributed team
- Executive level communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Track record of successful financial management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define efficient solutions
