We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager, WPB Insurance, Direct Channels (Campaign Management).
Principal Responsibilities
  • Assist the formulation of Direct Channels business strategies to increase penetration of Life, Medical and General Insurance
  • Plan and implement business initiatives and campaigns of Digital and O2O channels from end to end
  • Drive digital insurance sales channel for business conversion and service excellence
  • Monitor business and channels performance
  • Conduct business analytics and regular reports
  • Keep abreast of competitor movement, digital and market trends
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Group office and the Bank
  • Ensure the business activities comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • University graduate in Business Administration, eCommerce, Marketing or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years banking/insurance experience, with at least 5 years in business or campaign management and implementation
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability
  • Detail-minded with great interpersonal, communication, problem solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong drive and great sense of ownership and self-initiation to achieve excellence
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
