Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Complete fundamental analysis, spreading and cash flow projections;
- Deliver KYC/ AML, structured finance deal execution, documentation and signing follow up;
- Review periodic loans and process waiver requests;
- Provide good customer services to clients and handle daily operational and administration works.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent;
- At least 2-3 years' banking experience, preferably in syndicated loans or credit monitoring areas;
- A good team player but able to work independently and work under pressure with good communication and presentation skills;
- Good academic background in finance and accounting, having passed certain level in CFA and/or ACCA is a plus;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Good English writing and communication skills, good spoken mandarin is a plus.
