WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

Retain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by maintaining the strong relationship with our business partners and clients. Upselling existing portfolio with other products which also include voluntary solutions, vitality program and pension products

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales by driving up sell from existing clients
  • Achieve policy persistency and meet renewal growth & new business production target for upselling other products
  • Maintain good relationship with business partners
  • Coordinates closely with other sections to ensure smooth renewal and day to day account management
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4-5 years working experience
  • Good communication skills to simplify complicated benefit design to layman terms
  • Good personal skills to liaise with business partners
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written, Putonghua a plus
Others:
  • You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1,2, and 3) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) (Paper 4)
  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
