They harness their global capabilities and sector specialists and offer their people the opportunity for global mobility. There is a current requirement for an Associate to join their highly successful Healthcare coverage team which is predominantly focused on M&A transactions with associated financing (leverage finance and listed ASX equity) and who support a range of Private Capital investors with their deal activity as well as core coverage of the corporate market. Day to day you will be involved in the execution of transactional work and will assist in training and mentoring more junior members of the team whilst also supporting the senior team with client activity.
Successful applicants will have 3+ years of end to end transactional M&A experience gained from either an investment bank or from an independent advisory firm and complementing your technical skill set across financial analysis will be exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that will allow you to work closely with clients and mentor and develop the Analyst cohort. Whilst healthcare sector experience is welcomed, applicants currently covering other sectors are encouraged to apply as the firm is keen to consider transactional backgrounds looking for a change of sector focus.
