Investment Analyst (Loans Underwriting)

Blayze Group are pleased to be partnering with a growing finance house, in their search for a Loans Underwriting Analyst. Our client provides residential developers throughout the UK, with the opportunity to take a more versatile, and comprehensive approach to funding the entire development process.
This Investment Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of investment activities across debt mandates for clients, including both developing and using financial models to assess lending opportunities, stress testing existing loans, reporting, and preparing investment memorandums for the credit committee.
The ideal candidate will be highly numerate, with exceptional excel/financial modelling skills and experience, and an awareness of the real estate housing and development market. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in a finance related field (our client is not seeking a Masters graduate), and a minimum of a years' experience in a numerate position (ideally within the industry).
