Our summer analysts will participate in an on-going, hands-on training program starting with a week of training in New York alongside summer analysts from Lazard's other offices. Summer analysts will be taught fundamental investment banking skills, with a specific focus on modeling and relevant analytical techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities could include financial analysis and valuation, company and industry research, managing transaction due diligence workstreams, participating in the development of client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Summer analysts will also be invited to join calls and meetings on live deals to provide exposure to the broader investment banking process. Summer analysts are expected to spend 9 weeks at the Firm.
