Who we are looking for
We are looking for a experienced client service representative who would be based in our Kilkenny office as part of the Custody client service team.
Candidates should have a relevant third level business qualification, an excellent communicator and team player.
The role involves dealing with time critical client queries so an ability to work under pressure and problem solve is a distinct advantage.

SSGS gives asset owners and managers access to the essential financial tools they need to deliver effective investment solutions. From core custody, accounting, fund administration and shareholder recordkeeping, to complete operations solutions and servicing for alternative assets like OTC derivatives, private equity and real estate, SSGS' tools help our clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.

What you will be responsible for
As Officer you will
  • Be responsible for meeting standards in servicing per our clients' key performance indicators
  • Prioritise urgent queries and allocate among team members according to experience
  • Attend client calls on new products and change requests
  • Raise and escalate queries with our global centres of excellence
  • Provide on the job training for associates
  • Deal with queries and reporting requests from senior management
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

What we value

  • Ability to analyse and problem solve

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • A relevant third level business qualification is an advantage.

This is a hybrid role, two days in office is standard
