Treasury and Corporate Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

Treasury

• Cash forecasting and management
• Manage and provide guidance to the Operating Company’s investment initiatives.
• Monitor compliance to bank and other contractual covenants of the group.
• Analyze various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management.

CAPEX and Investments

• Review CAPEX budgets / plans
• Work with OpCo and CGS in looking for savings in CAPEX and other Procurement projects.
• Manage and review Investment Proposals and endorse for Head Office approval.

Perform Financial Analysis and Valuation related tasks.

• Initiate research, analysis, and monitors financial data and trends so that market opportunities may be capitalized on, and the effects of competitive activity be minimized.
• Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Develop financial models and transaction related materials for prospecting and executing M&A deals.
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or any related course
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Analytical with some level of business, finance, and economics understanding.
• Excellent numerical ability, and Excel skills.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to demonstrate work consistent with CITADEL Pacific, Ltd. Core Values and Business Principles.
• Self-propelled, takes initiatives and is interested in learning the various CPL businesses, from technical through to commercial aspects.
