Your new company

An innovative firm working in emerging and evolving sectors. Its leaders have expertise, experience, and global networks, and are hands-on in developing their lawyers.

Your new role
  • Corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital markets.
  • Corporate advisory (including Corporations Act, assisting with general meetings and other corporate transactions, such as buy backs, financial assistance, advising on ASX Listing Rules).
  • Preparing and communicating advice to clients in relation to corporate transactions. including contractual, legal and commercial issues, pre-signing negotiations.
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts including share sale and purchase agreements, prospectuses, joint venture agreements, and royalty agreements.
  • Drafting other agreements and legal documents.
  • Liaising with other lawyers and clients, as well as regulators such as ASIC and the ASX.
  • Ensuring compliance with all laws, policies and procedures applicable to each matter.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in NSW with ideally 5 years PAE in corporate and commercial law, and expertise across a wide range of corporate and transactional work in areas such as:

  • Funds Management
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Private Equity and Venture Capital
