Business Development Director - IPO transactions

The role reporting to the CEO, will have the following responsibilities:

Create business opportunities for IPO transactions in Saudi Arabia for medium sized companies
Being the first point of call for clients and investors when they require fund/portfolio reporting, data, analytics and any other quantitative or qualitative information.
Providing accurate timely reporting (Weekly/Monthly Fund & Portfolio Reporting)
Preparing fund and portfolio presentations including updating presentations and reports
Managing investment and operational due diligence processes.
Providing sales support

The ideal candidate will:
Have at least a Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/economics/management/mathematics from a well reputed university
MBA/MSc/FRM//CPA/ACCA is a strong preference
Have 5+ years of experience within Investor Relations with a similar Asset Manager/Private Equity in Saudi Arabia
Have a strong understanding of fund reporting and investor presentations
Existing client base and network in Saudi Arabia
Be a clear and professional communicator
Be detail oriented
Arabic is a plus
