Newly created, hands on Recruitment Manager for rapidly expanding organisation based South of the River.Our client prides themselves on their culture which is based upon living their values and the provision of a high level of service through partnering with their clients and the provision of tailored solutions.
Reporting into the People & Culture Manager, this is an opportunity for an experience recruitment manager to join the team in a newly created position.
You will be instrumental in the leadership, development and engagement of the recruitment and mobilisation team who effectively manage a high volume portfolio of blue collar disciplines and roles across multiple client sites.
Responsible for owning your own portfolio for the white collar vacancies, you will build strong relationships with your major stakeholders through visibility, open communication and collaboration, workforce planning and contribution to the wider management team.
This is an opportunity to influence change through reviewing existing processes, procedures and systems and providing recommendations to support best practice contemporary recruitment.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruitment manager with recent experience of managing a high volume, blue collar business and maintaining a hands on approach with self-management of end to end white vacancies. You will excel in your ability to build high performing teams through coaching and mentoring, and be a positive role model in your professionalism, communication and stakeholder engagement.
