Department overview:
The Middle Office group takes on unique clients and projects that do not fit into the core business offering of WSO Services. This group is responsible for loan trade settlement.

Position Summary
The goal of a Middle Office Manager is to oversee Trade Settlement client relationships. Provide excellent customer service and loan settlement services to our growing client base while adhering to strict deadlines and targets given. The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks.

Duties and accountabilities
  • Financial forecasting of revenue for entirety of US Buy Side
  • Monthly reporting of revenue to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Conduct risk reporting and analysis for Middle Office
  • Responsible for handling client escalations while maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Ensure business operations are implemented based on established procedures
  • Continued progression and oversight of multiple phase build out of trade tracking tool, MODD
  • Supervising, mentoring, and managing US Buy Side managers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve/create automation efficiencies
Education and Experience
  • Strong understanding of excel functionality
  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance or similar
  • 10 years of management preferred
The Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation/Benefits Information
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $107,100 - $222,500. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an annual bonus or sales commission plan.
