Position Overview:

The Product Associate manages content for Acadian's investment strategies. The position works closely with our investment teams, global client groups and business colleagues as an integral member of the Product Strategy group. The Associate contributes to growth and client retention by maintaining the content, analytics and research shared with institutional investors on Acadian's investment strategies.

Acadian supports a hybrid work environment, employees are on-site in the Boston office 2 days a week.

What You'll Do:
  • Learn from a global world-class systematic investing team.
  • Prepare and maintain investment presentation content across equities, alternatives, credit and ESG capabilities, ensuring these meet compliance standards.
  • Update and maintain written product content within strategy descriptions, RFP content, and training resources.
  • Respond to product analysis requests for institutional client meetings and inquiries.
  • Conduct market research supporting product strategy initiatives and competitive positioning.
  • Evaluate and report on key market trends and competitive positioning in terms of assets, flows, performance, fees, and vehicles.


We're Looking for Teammates With:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience; asset management experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint experience required; Tableau preferred.
  • Knowledge of investment industry data sources used for competitive analysis and product research.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstration of high intellectual capacity and curiosity.
  • Desire to learn investment management industry.
  • Strong work ethic (takes ownership) and attention to detail.
