Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Create and source potential issuers to be listed on NASDAQ / NYSE
- Relationship management of customers
- Conduct the project and execute the deal
- Generate and oversee the financial analysis and financial modelling across various industries
- Generate and handle digital contents, presentation documents and marketing materials to promote the company
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance or business major
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in investment banking (corporate finance advisory)
- Acting/acted as the representative of corporate finance advisory under MAS or other regulated market
- Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
- Results-oriented and Positive team player
- Singapore citizen or PR preferred
