Associate / Senior Associate, Americas Focused Infrastructure Investments, Abu Dhabi, UAE

About our client

Our client is a prestigious private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing infrastructure investment team focused on the Americas. The team is well-capitalised and invests across all sectors of infrastructure including energy transition, midstream, power & utilities, transport and social infrastructure. The role is based in Abu Dhabi. What the job involves

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, playing a key role in screening, sourcing and analysing potential investment opportunities
• Developing and analysing financial models
• Supporting deal execution, and leading certain workstreams such as various diligence processes as well being the point of contact for industry experts, management teams and investment partners
• Play a key role in managing the portfolio of existing investments

Who we are looking for

• This opportunity would be suitable for an investor at a leading investment bank or principal investments firm e.g. a private/public equity/credit firm focussing on infrastructure
• Significant transaction experience across the Americas within Infrastructure sectors is required
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and due diligence skills
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus, but not necessary
• You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university
• Strong business acumen and critical analysis skills
• High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
