About this role

Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition Operations team in the APAC region supporting our Executive and Investments clients. You will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support our hiring strategy, and ensure we are delivering an outstanding Candidate Experience for talent joining the firm across a broad spectrum of roles.

Your focus will be enabling the team to deliver on core work, proactively maintaining partner relationships, and in projects that impact the region. You will support improving our processes to continuously elevate the candidate and client experiences. You will be closely connected to our metrics and data, and will proactively share updates with key partners. Your impact will be in the leadership and development of a hard-working TA Operations team, focused on providing an unmatched candidate and client experience.
Your Responsibilities

Team Management:
  • Supervise workload and team alignment, ensuring balance of workload across the team and consistency in delivery
  • Support team development through regular 1:1s and personal career development conversations
  • Align team interests and development areas with opportunities in work and projects that support growth
  • Proactively lead portfolio of controls reports and activities across team, to ensure controllable errors are prevented
Partner Engagement:
  • Proactive, regular engagement with core partners to ensure partnership across teams, and awareness of changes that will impact the team's work
  • Support team in building productive partnerships with Recruiters by effectively engaging with partners keeping regular open conversation on successes and challenges
  • Use our team metrics to support discussions with partners, providing details that help craft the narrative of the team, and inform what we need in order to optimally deliver
Project & Process Management:
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to process and controls to improve quality and timeliness of team's delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues, assess risk and ensure mitigation plans are in place
  • Partner with teams across HR Infrastructure and Platforms to successfully implement
  • Ensure processes are aligned with all HR policies and procedures
  • Directly support core processes for key Executive roles in the region


You have...
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in HR in a global organization, with solid knowledge of HR operations, and experience leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills which apply to clients, partners, and your team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment while providing strong internal and external client service.
  • Process oriented mentality, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required, with experience in Workday and ServiceNow a plus.
