Restructuring Analyst

I am working with a Middle Market Investment Bank looking for an analyst to join their Restructuring team. The team does work across debit, credit, distressed M&A and special situations.

The Analyst's Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and sorting through data sets
• Creating, updating, and analyzing financial models
• Assisting in the preparation and administration of bankruptcy
• Communicating with clients and senior leadership
• Providing research and pitch deck support using various databases

The Analyst's Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of direct Investment Banking experience or 2-3 years direct Restructuring experience
• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or other analytical fields
• Proficient in building out 3-statement models
• Strong understanding of how to analyze and financial statements
