Solution Architect

Skilled Solution Architect required for an organisation with a large number of projects underway.
Your new company
Hays is working with an organisation who currently has a large Cyber Security program underway. Due to an increase in demand they are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join the existing team.

Your new role
As the Solution Architect you will be a key advisor to the business who is responsible for developing solution designs, associated artifacts and required materials along with maintaining enterprise-wide architecture and processes. Furthermore you will be responsible for the architecture definitions of business solutions and will set architectural principles, guideline and standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Experience in the latest industry solutions and technologies such as Mobility, Cloud, Digital and Analytics
• Experience in Architecture, strategy & roadmap design, blueprints and architecture
• Expertise and skills to provide advice on technical aspects of systems development and integration ensuing that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly
• High level interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes in an organisation with multiple
• stakeholders and competing priorities in a changing environment
• Experience in interpreting business requirements for the development of solution architecture and
• design
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate, and formally report potential benefits from both
• structural and incremental change
