Job Purpose Statement

Where you'll fit in & what our team goals are...

In this role within our Real Estate team you will:

Support Fund Directors in bespoke Fund modelling.

Support Fund Directors in modelling, undertaking IRR's and cashflow analysis of potential real estate acquisitions and disposals.

Support the Fund Directors in delivering investment returns for clients.

Support Business Development opportunities in the preparation of fund modelling and cashflow analysis.

Role Responsibilities

How you'll spend your time....
  • To construct complex Fund models and financial forecasts to include projected future performance metrics, cashflow analysis, net operating income and investor returns. These are often bespoke and built from scratch.
  • To undertake IRR appraisals (other forecast returns), sensitivity analysis and cashflow analysis of potential property investments.
  • Preparation of investment memos and investment committee papers to support acquisitions.
  • Assist and support the Fund Director in the preparation and reporting of strategy for the fund and individual property holdings. Focussing on financial returns.
  • To support the Fund Manager with shareholder investor relations to include assisting in the preparation of Board reports, presentations and marketing material. Prioritising financial analysis and forecasts.
  • To have regard to the provisions of policies for Environmental Governance and Responsible Property Investing.

Key Capabilities

.To be successful in this role you will have....
  • Experience in modelling
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience running complex financial appraisals
  • Exposure to monitoring/analysing cash flow
