About The Job:

Job Title: Associate/ Sr Associate

Brief About The Role:

You will assist the management team with family office investments – both listed, unlisted, and fixed-income products. You will be working with portfolio companies providing them operational support, research reports on the industry/competitive landscape, providing key performance analytics, and looking at market access for Indian/ US/ Israel tech startups in each other's ecosystems.

You are proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset
You are demonstrably good with numbers
CA with CFA or a Finance degree from a reputed college will help but real world experience of working with large sets of numbers is most important
You have excellent research skills and showcase out-of-box assessments utilizing tertiary data aggregation skills.
You have the patience to follow due process but the maturity to understand the difference between efforts and results.
You are comfortable adopting cutting-edge technology including SaaS platforms for managing the deal flow and portfolio.
After all, you cannot be a technology relic working in a tech fund!

Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitor financial and operational conditions and industry dynamics of assigned portfolio companies.

Understand investment capital structure and shareholder rights to analyze portfolio and assist with quarterly reviews with the family office team.

Supporting existing portfolio company investments through ongoing analysis and review with other investment professionals in the firm.

Support management and board of portfolio companies where required.

Develop an “informed perspective” of the investment thesis, including managing and building brand and relationships with family offices, investment bankers, founders, and other members of the startup ecosystem and small-cap listed companies.

Create & execute the action plan for sustainable sourcing of investment opportunities

Quarterbacking all stages of private capital investment including product-specific diligence, market analysis, and conducting primary and secondary research, development of investment themes, modeling, due diligence, structuring, legal documentation, negotiation, and investment committee presentations.


7+ years of experience in working on the buy-side of a family office, venture capital fund or a cofounder, or core team member of a tech startup.

Required: UG – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering
Preferred: CFA Level I cleared / Chartered Accountant / MBA / Masters
