An exciting new opportunity has arisen as a result of growth in our client, a highly reputable global financial services player. Reporting into the global head of sales, you will lead the sales with major accounts /tier one banks in EMEA.
You will be an experienced sales professional with solid professional experience in the FICC space, with an understanding and/experience of OTC Market Data. You will need experience of selling enterprise solutions to global banks. Ability to operate in a fast moving environment is key
You will be responsible for driving the sales in EMEA, working with key major client accounts in Tier 1 Banks, playing a key role in driving growth and net revenue via management of a portfolio of global bank relationships with a focus on EMEA markets.

You will be responsible for driving the sales in EMEA, working with key major client accounts in Tier 1 Banks, playing a key role in driving growth and net revenue via management of a portfolio of global bank relationships with a focus on EMEA markets.
- Initiating, build and develop long-term relationships with all strategic accounts.
- Generate, drive, grow and lead new and existing net revenue streams.
- Manage the sales process including pipeline development, solution creation, executive engagement, negotiations, contracting, renewals, and cross sell, upsell activities.
- Align strategy with business objectives
- Implement strategic key account plans.
- Represent the organisation both internally and externally.
Experience / Competencies:
- Solid experience in a senior sales role gained in the financial services sector, with excellent business development and client relationship capabilities.
- Expert knowledge of the FICC space; OTC, Fixed Income, FX.
- Proven track record of selling enterprise solutions to global banks.
- Experience selling to the buy side will be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite
- Demonstrates high energy levels, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of OTC Market data within the financial markets.
- Previous use/understanding of sales methodology.
- Degree Level or equivalent education, CFA desirable.
