Taking part as a key team player of Client Experience & Management team under Strategic Business Planning department, the candidate should adopt client centricity mindset and deepen client understanding to aid building a seamless and world-class client experience and services journeys with DBS' value proposition.

Responsibilities
  • Work along with Team Lead to identify and strategize key levers of client engagement campaigns with the purposes of a better client-obsession, data-driven and efficient client journeys and obtain business success
  • Drive end-to-end tactical marketing campaigns (such as client acquisition, member-get-member referrals, investment transfer-in) from planning, implementation content development to fulfillment and optimization for PBTPC segments
  • Co-ordinate across both agencies and internal stakeholders, including working with internal key product managers, legal and compliance, business analytics and other marketing functions for campaign moderation and execution
  • Keep abreast of trends on industry developments and leverage such trends and developments to optimise campaigns
  • Facilitate all routine client-related initiative(s) & internal workflow enhancement project(s), include but not limited to Wealth Continuum and re-segmentation, that to to help define strategies for client proposition and engagement journey
  • Manage A&P marketing expense, business and budget planning
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking industry, preferably in segments strategy
  • Team player and able to partner and negotiate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver client needs
  • Experience and knowledge of wealth propositions, segment marketing with focus on client segment management
  • Highly organized team player with good communications and interpersonal skills with front offices, across x-functional teams, across internal & external, local & regional key stakeholders
  • Client centric with strong analytical power, problem identification, solution design, and iterative optimization skills. Result-driven and agile to business change
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Bachelor's degree holder
