Senior Officer - Assistant Manager (Product Development)

Responsibilities

Conduct research and bring in new fin-tech concepts on securities products
Engage in projects on securities products enhancement.
Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of cross teams to deliver product enhancements in accordance with the department strategic plan
Work closely with parties to understand product features, operation flow and liaise with parties on development and implementation
Provide training to related parties
Assists in developing and manage the project schedule to achieve milestones, deliverable and timeline
Assists in developing internal policies and procedures

Requirements

University graduate with major in Business Administration/Finance/Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
2-5 years of experience in product management and development with sound knowledge in Banking and Finance, especially in Securities (Cash/Margin) products would be an advantage
Experience in working in Fintech, e-Commerce related tech companies will also be considered
Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skill
Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency
Good Time and project management skills to handle multiple task concurrently
