Job Description:

A multi-strategy fund with offices globally is looking for a buy-side quantitative developer with credit experience to join their London team. With huge autonomy within small teams, they share a core infrastructure platform but encourage their traders and quants to pursue unique investment strategies, consistently delivering high quality returns independent of the general market.

They've got a fantastic name in the industry with good reason; paying strong salaries on both base and bonus, and a superb tech culture.

Joining the Credit Quant Technology team, you'll build out next generation in-house analytics and trader support tools. Working closely with Quants across the globe, you'll also design, develop and maintain the in-house pricing libraries. Utilising your mix of strong maths, compsci fundamentals and your expertise in credit, you will be critical to the growth of the desk working across the full trading system. Extensive experience with Credit (and market data) is ideal.

Skills and Experience Required
  • Substantial programming experience in systematic trading (prop desk or hedge fund)
  • Experience with market data would be ideal
  • High-performance, multithreaded C++
  • Strong problem solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent academics in a hard science (maths and computer science preferred)

  • Strong salary + bonuses + generous benefits package
  • Collaborative culture and an exciting place to work
  • Huge amounts of ownership and autonomy
