Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Investment with origination of investment deal flow
  • Responsible for new deal origination and sourcing
  • Lead the acquisition process including overseeing due diligence and valuation analysis on target acquisitions, ensuring that comprehensive appraisals are undertaken.
  • Prepare and present opportunities to the IC for formal approval.
  • Assist with formulating, establishing and implementing investment strategies, including the implementation of financing strategies.
  • Manage a team, ensuring development of potential of team members.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships and work closely with real estate professionals.
  • Undertake Investment / Deal Execution
  • Formal reporting to the IC and 3rd party Investors
  • Manage the closing process of investments.
  • Investment Monitoring of exiting investments including oversee the execution of the Business Plan and financial projections for assets


Background:
  • Bachelor degree with an emphasis in real estate, business or economics
  • MRICS qualification (desirable)
  • Minimum 10 years relevant real estate investment experience
  • Demonstrable track record of real estate investment in the UK including London and the regions.
  • Those with experience at a Property Company or Family office will be well suited.
  • Experience of supporting the full life cycle of a transaction
  • Demonstrable track record in all real estate asset classes
  • Those with living or industrial sector experience would be at an advantage.
  • Experience in a wide range of strategies including opportunistic, value add and core plus investment and development opportunities.
  • Sound leadership and management skills with impeccable integrity
  • Experience of co-investments/joint ventures would be of benefit.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environnement.
  • Not be afraid to get hands dirty and be hands on.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Package: Base + Bonus (subject to experience level)
