Our Team
The Bloomberg Transaction Cost Analysis (BTCA) Trade Desk team provides our clients exceptional service in their use of our Transactional Cost Analysis solution within the framework of their existing businesses. We partner with Sales, Engineering and product to ensure a comprehensive solution for the client's needs.
Our global TCA product links all available electronic trading products into one portal and provides multi-asset post trade transaction cost analysis. Using Bloomberg's breadth of data and benchmarks to help our clients meet the ever increasing need to demonstrate best execution across all the asset classes. Our TCA product helps our clients to meet their regulatory requirements across both best execution and market abuse monitoring.
What's The Role?
BTCA Trade Desk Analysts provide fast and accurate solutions to incoming client queries. They support our clients who trade electronically via Bloomberg across Fixed Income, Currencies, Equity, ETF, Futures and Options - leveraging a deep understanding of the sell-side workflow. The support we give to clients is a key aspect of Bloomberg's value proposition and you will play a critical role here.

Salary Range: 90,000 - 120,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

We'll Trust You To:
- Develop a deep understanding of the BTCA product offering and align clients to deliver the highest level of service to Bloomberg's most strategic customers
- Take a consultative approach to providing operational guidance on optimizing system performance
- Align with our sales team to build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their point of contact for product related inquiries and support.
- Provide detailed feedback from clients to product managers and engineering to continue to develop our products
- Collaborate extensively internally across Bloomberg to improve our client's experience and overall system performance
You'll Need To Have:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support, trade support or trade operations role
- A deep understanding of Transaction Cost Analysis and trading workflow/surveillance
- Proven analytical skills to evaluate problems and provide solutions
- Demonstrable understanding of financial markets
- Successful track record of outstanding customer service
