Opportunity

We are looking for an Analyst who will join the Alta Growth Capital team. This is an opportunity to participate in the investment process of a prestigious private equity firm. You will collaborate with the firm’s partners and the entire investment team to help build one of the strongest middle market private equity portfolios in Latin America.

The team at Alta Growth Capital is comprised of Mexican and international professionals with deep networks and significant business experience, both investing in and operating companies. We pursue win-win solutions in which we bring our cumulative experience, network, and resources on each portfolio company to create the most value for stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor degree in the fields of Finance, Business, Economics, Science or Engineering

• 1-2 years of experience in relevant sectors; PE/VC, financial advisory, or consulting

• Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, critical thinking and research capabilities

• Proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in teams and under pressure

• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong understanding of financial reports

• Proficient use of Office tools, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish
