You will lead a team of senior analysts accountable for four core systems managing customers in financial difficulty as well as performance insight analysts continuously exploring opportunities to improve colleague and customer experience to enable performance improvement. Key relationships will be built across the bank with Credit Risk, Data and Technology teams. The role is at the heart of our delivery plans for 2023 and will report into the Financial Support Director and be part of a high performing team accountability for the E2E collections and recoveries journey and Rectifications across the bank.


To make sure you're set up for success you'll already have these skills and experience:
  • Experience of working with customers in financial difficulty
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Previous Collections Strategy experience
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of FCA and legal requirements related to consumer finance
  • Previous analytics experience, highly numerate
