EMEA Apprenticeship Program

BlackRock's Apprenticeship Programme provides an opportunity for school leavers to join one of our business areas on an 18-month training contract. Starting in September 2023, the program will begin with an orientation to learn about BlackRock's purpose, principles and soft-skill training to set Apprentices up for success. Apprentices will then join their business area and take part in ongoing training and professional development whilst experiencing day-to-day life at BlackRock. This program offers Apprentices the chance to have a lasting impact on the firm and contribute to our greater collective purpose to help more and more people experience financial well-being. On successful completion of the program, Apprentices will have the opportunity to receive an offer to join BlackRock as a full-time employee..

Eligibility: This program is designed for school leavers of all academic backgrounds. Candidates must have achieved GCSE English Language (grade 4) & Maths (grade 4) or equivalent.
