Within the Global Client Excellence team we are seeking a Global Platform Coordinator to help us with the governance of the global client engagement process at Vontobel Asset Management, both in terms of quality assurance and best practice execution. The team supports and guides all client regions and investment boutiques, constantly searching for improvements in areas of client engagement, sales process efficiency and robustness.

Your opportunity This is an entrepreneurial role with significant scope to create value. A genuine passion for organizational and structural work is essential as well as the desire to work within a team.
  • Ensure with active engagement the successful coordination of fund manager roadshows, fund manager and C-level meetings as well as briefing documents for the latter
  • Monitor our engagement principles globally
  • Point of entry for any questions/requests from AM Compliance (incl. ongoing controls)
  • 1st line of defense for cross border requests, including the necessary reporting and controlling measures
  • Coordinate and approve client regulatory report requests
  • Stay on top of firm-wide digital client experience excellence and continuous improvement in the area of collaboration tools, media and digital infrastructure
  • Support the Business Planning and Client Intelligence unit in further developing the intelligence around our customers relationship management, respond to ad-hoc requests which require a sound understanding of our data as well as help to improve the ongoing digitization of internal reports/analytics and the required data quality standard

  • A pprenticeship or Bachelor's degree (university of applied sciences or university)
  • Ideally 2+ years of sales or marketing support/business management experience in the finance industry, preferably asset management or banking
  • Investment product knowledge (funds/mandates) is advantageous
  • Good project management skills combined with proactive solution thinking
  • Ability to understand strategy and link it with implementation
  • Well-organized and motivated person that works independently, strives for operational excellence and can handle pressure
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build excellent relationships with internal stakeholders
  • You enjoy cross functional and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent German and English language skills (verbal and written)
