About our client
Our client is an established leading global alternative investment firm with $54bn of equity capital under management. Established in 1993, they have gained significant experience through more than 400 investments.
They are now looking to hire a pro-active Analyst/Sales Support Coordinator who possesses a strong attention to detail and work ethic. The successful candidate will aid in a variety of tasks, supporting the Relationship Managers by ensuring the smooth running of the function. This position would be well suited to an independent and organised individual who has experience in financial services within a client service or relationship management capacity. Private markets experience would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
The position is offered on a two-year programme with the possibility for a permanent offer upon completion of the term, dependent on the needs of the team and personal performance. The role is to be based in London and offers excellent exposure to institutional investors, senior management, fund heads/portfolio managers and senior relationship managers.
What the job involves
  • Updating Salesforce with key investor, and meeting details including follow up notes, feedback, contact details, etc.
  • Generating reports including fund pipelines, progress of investors by geography, investor type, fund strategy
  • Providing investors with access to fund datarooms
  • Sending diligence packets to specific investors copying appropriate internal team members
  • Creating meeting agendas for in person, and virtual investor meetings
  • Assisting in creating marketing plans / market research on funds and investors
  • Crafting and refining invitation lists, including invitation emails for webinars/events
  • Assisting with investor requests, where appropriate, with Project Management and other teams within the firm
Who we are looking for
  • Experience in financial services within a client services/sales/relationship management focused role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and high performing work ethic
  • Self starter, pro-active initiative to anticipate needs of investors and Senior Relationship Managers
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with strict deadlines
