We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Business Finance.

Principal Responsibilities

• Work effectively with onshore and offshore team in providing financial analysis and insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making, planning & forecasting
• Provide in-depth analysis on business drivers, operational information, competitor analysis etc, against targets, forecast and KPIs
• Support investment decision in strategic initiatives and benefits tracking
• Ensure strong advocacy of cost management and provide analysis to identify and drive opportunities to improve cost efficiency
• Prepare Visualization dashboards for analysis of large datasets to generate new insights for improving business performances
• Support Finance Transformation agenda, Digital Finance, Simplification etc
• Represent Finance to work with various Insurance Business teams and Global Functions
• Any other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

Requirements

• Graduate in business or finance or strategy, related field or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship and communication skills and customer focused
• Experience across in finance or business strategy and analysis background
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels within the business and finance functions
• Strong organizational, problem solving and presentation skills
• Commitment to drive and coordinate change
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholders across different geographies
• Good command of Excel, Powerpoint and visualization tools is a plus
