Our team's roots date back to 1977. In an industry full of unknowns, we founded the team on something we could control: the client experience. Today, we are committed to ensuring that all clients are well cared for through responsive service, disciplined processes, and personal communication. We uphold the personal and professional values of accountability, stewardship, and a strong work ethic. Many of our clients share in these same values.
We are seeking like-minded successful Financial Advisors to join our team and share in the growth. A new team member will provide the highest level of service possible to build and manage their own client base. Resources and a team of support will facilitate growth and the opportunity to take on clients/AUM.
Additionally, our team partners with institutional investment research groups in the construction of professionally managed portfolios that are designed for growth and to mitigate risk in bear/recession market environments. We also engage clients through a comprehensive financial planning process.
A portable book of business is required for consideration ($5-million plus preferred). Candidates must have experience independently servicing their clients.
A strong emphasis on professional and personal development at all levels and a defined advisor career path is in place to help develop existing skills: 1-on-1 time with the firm's managing advisors. We work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes independence, trust, and nurtures team culture.
Annual salary range: $60,000 to $80,000.
