We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Vice President, Digital Acquisition Marketing.

Principal Responsibilities

Insights
  • Support the marketing insights function by helping to build and execute a marketing insights roadmap aligned to the company's business priorities, identifying opportunities and areas of improvement for customer propositions, marketing, international, and customer experience teams
  • Inform the business on industry, customer, competitor trends
  • Support the customer experience team in analysing NPS/customer experience data and trends
  • Marketing measurement
  • Measure the success of marketing campaigns, support the measurement of return on investment
  • Marketing effectiveness of brand and acquisition campaigns
  • Support the marketing planning process
  • Use multiple datasets like trackers, syndicated studies, digital campaign data, media spending, share of spend to develop business relevant conclusions and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
Requirements

Requirements
  • Experience in a wide variety of research methods, qualitative and quantitative; experience managing research projects from end to end
  • Able to put together data from multiple sources to tell a story, leveraging data and insights to identify business opportunities and work with internal stakeholders to deliver action plans
  • Have a foundational understanding of statistics (driver analysis, marketing mix models, regression, correlation)
  • Have a foundational understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience in managing external agencies
  • Ideally, experience within the banking and finance industry
  • Ideally, regional experience - understanding of affluent and high net worth customers/consumes, NRIs, overseas Chinese. Knowledge of trends and consumer behaviour in China, HK, India, Singapore, rest of SEA
