Qualifications
- Ensure timely, accurate and effective credit administrative support to our business partners in GCB in processing of credit facilities for the following functions:
- Redemption of Secured Loans (CPL, Life Insurance & E&M) and Unsecured Loans (ESG Loans, Business Term Loan, Business Overdraft)
- Cancellation of Trade Facility & Ad-hoc BG
- Administration of daily, weekly, and monthly paid off loans for secured and unsecured credit facilities
- Liaise with Business Units, internal operations units, and law firms to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Arrange for warehousing for completed cases
- Verify approvals are in accordance with policies and authority matrix
- Ensure that all conditions precedents are properly met prior to redemptions
- Adhere to documented procedures, control guidelines and compliance framework
- Ensure covenants, exceptions are logged, updated & monitored timely
- Attend to business partners' queries & requests timely
- Contribute to process improvements and quality projects to enhance productivity and improve service
Qualifications
- University degree or Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar roles
- Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes
- Good team player, proactive
- Willing to learn and take on other functions within the team
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications
