As a Global Dealer Services Associate you will assist with various projects including the following:
  • New registered alternative fund launches (service provider selection, utility set-up, operating model, pipeline management, onboarding)
  • New distribution support models for alternatives (technology platforms, feeders, custodians, family offices, foreign investors, agreements)
  • Outsourcing portions of BlackRock's public website (Retail, iShares and Insurance regulatory fund pages)
  • Mexico (opening fund distribution and Aladdin TA conversion)
  • Regulatory change (TA initiatives)
The candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
  • Project management/ administration
  • Data analysis
  • Reporting and presentations
  • Creative solutioning
  • Automation
Requisite skills and experience are as listed below:
  • Understanding of registered fund operations and industry standards (transfer agency, fund accounting/ administration, custody)- 3+ years
  • Experience with alternative and liquidity products (fund accounting, administration, TA)- 3+ years
  • Familiarity with distribution platforms (dealers, supermarkets, RIA/ custodians)- 2+ years
  • Project management- 2+ years
  • Coding and automation- 2+ years
  • Knowledge of utilities (DTC equity, special product, underwriting, AIP, NSCC)- 2+ years
  • Managing and analyzing large datasets- 2+ years
  • Intermediate MS Excel or higher

Our hybrid work model
