Who we are looking for
The Global Billing Operations (GBO) Client Delivery Officer will support Business Units by assisting with billing related matters such as inquiries, escalations, and working through complex issues.

The individual in this role will meet with Client Service team members along with Relationship Managers and liase with billing support teams for the purpose of delivering updates and solutions. They will manage expectations and assist with reporting, establishment of target dates, and will document and solve for data gaps

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 plus years' experience in the financial services industry
  • Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines
  • Flexible in terms of shifting priorities
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with business teams, respond to inquiries, resolve issues
  • Develop, model and analyze business processes. Assist the business in identifying ways to maximize operational efficiencies, quality and compliance
  • Ability to solve problems, develop alternative approaches to problems, and resolve conflicts
  • Provide outstanding service through collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to work, contribute, and communicate effectively within immediate team, business personnel and remote teams
  • Take ownership and initiative, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables
  • Proficiency in PC based software and communication facilities (Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook etc.)
  • Interaction Management (IMT)

Additional requirements
  • Exposure to fee schedules, billing processes, billing systems, MCH accounting and custody, MyStateStreet
  • Understanding of the Financial Services and banking industries preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS Computer Science / Business / MIS) preferred

Salary Range:
$60,000 - $90,000 Annual
