The Client Coordinator will support the Chief Operating Officer for the Balance Sheet Businesses, who also serves as Global Head of Investor Relations. This cross-functional role is a unique opportunity to help drive client targeting strategy and revenue outcomes, and optimize executive engagement with clients within Global Markets (GM) and Global Credit Finance (GCF). The team works collaboratively to create best-in-class work product both internally for State Street management, and externally for the its clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Client Coordinator you will:
  • Client Targeting & Analysis. Develop and maintain a strategic targeting plan for GM & GCF clients; Serve as a knowledge source for sales professionals and executives regarding client tiering and other relevant targeting metrics.
  • Prioritization of Client Engagement. Evaluate and prioritize requests for executive engagement with clients-primarily for the Vice Chairman & Chief Financial Officer-to optimize executive's time and prioritize client relationships with most appropriate targets.
  • Meeting Preparation. Working with sales and client relationship managers, create and distribute relevant meeting prep and briefing materials for executive's client meetings.
  • Data Management. Maintain, organize and streamline data related to executive engagement with clients, including tracking relevant, non-financial metrics using Salesforce, as well as other relevant CRM and data management tools.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting. Create and implement a formal tracking process for executive engagement with GM/GCF clients, reporting out regularly including producing quarterly and annual reports regarding client engagement and related KPIs.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects for the COO, Balance Sheet Businesses and Investor Relations team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • BA/BS required
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM and knowledge management databases, including Salesforce and Tableau
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize large data sets to the most salient, actionable points to achieve targeting goals
  • Prior experience in sales support, strategic marketing or client relationship management beneficial
  • General working knowledge of Global Markets and Global Credit Finance business areas
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, listening and analytical skills, as well as advanced writing, typing, and presentation skills utilizing the Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management skills, able to handle multiple requests simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Motivated to consistently deliver high value-added projects

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
